Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

How to Return an Item?

  1. Contact us at hello@greencuremedical.com to initiate a return.
  2. If approved, we’ll send you instructions to complete the return.
    Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues?

Inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us within 48 hours if the item is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

 

We’ll resolve the issue promptly after evaluation.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Sale/discounted items
  • Gift cards

 

Refunds

  1. Notification: We’ll email you once we receive and inspect your return.
  2. Approval: If approved, we’ll process the refund via bank transfer (no credit/debit card refunds).
  3. Timing: Refunds may take up to 30 days from the original payment date.

 

Important Notes:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Non-GBP refunds: Refunds in currencies other than GBP may incur bank exchange fees. Greencure Ltd (trading as Greencure Medical) is not responsible for these fees.
