KIKI’s Lecithin Powder is made from 100% soybeans which is the richest source of lecithin. Lecithin is a phospholipid, composed of choline and inositol and is a necessary component of every cell in the human body.

How to use
Adult and children over 8 years intake: one
heaped teaspoon 2 – 4 times a day with a meal.
Mix 1 teaspoon of lecithin powder with a small
amount of water to form a paste. Then, fill the rest
of the glass with water and stir well.
Lecithin can be used as a thickening agent and
emulsifier; allow ten minutes or more for full
thickness to take effect.
